قامت وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بدولة الكويت مشكورة في غرة رجب عام 1395م الموافق يوليو 1975 م ، بإصدار مجلة ( براعم الإيمان ) في صورة ملحق مجاني من ستة عشر صفحة توزع مع مجلة (الوعي الإسلامي) في غرة كل شهر عربي ، وتضاعف عدد صفحات المجلة فيما بعد ليصل إلى 48 صفحة .
